
All the content released for GTA Online so far will be available in the Story Mode of Grand Theft Auto V on new-gen and PC from day one, Rockstar has confirmed.
On top of that, all the vehicles released in GTA Online’s 11 updates will make up the ambient traffic found in the game during Story Mode.
According to IGN, the host of a GTA Online multiplayer session on new-gen or PC will be able to force the first-person view on other players.
The long-awaited Heist missions are coming to GTA Online “soon” said Rockstar.
Other just-announced features of the new-gen and PC versions include:
◆ Dynamically adaptive depth of field
◆ Increased particle effects quality and number of particle effects rendered on-screen at once
◆ Improved wind dynamics for clothing, flags, foliage, trees and more
◆ More realistic fluid dynamics
◆ Improved weather effects
◆ Improved damage effects
◆ Volumetric light pollution
◆ 3x number of light sources from 360/PS3
GTA Online is also getting some improvements:
◆ Increased player count to 30 players with an additional 2 spectators
◆ Completely overhauled character creator to allow players a greater range of customization
◆ Over 120 new props added to the Creator tools for players to use in creating their own content
◆ Doubled the amount of props allowed in created matches
Grand Theft Auto V hits Xbox One and PlayStation 4 on November 18, and Windows PC on January 27.
