Operation Flashpoint: Dragon Rising will receive its first patch and content update tomorrow, say Developer Codemasters.

The patch will address a range of fixes, many of which have been requested by the game’s community on the developer’s forum.

Titled the “Skirmish” pack, the downloadable content features four new multiplayer maps and two new Fire Team Engagement missions offering both solo and up to four player co-operative play. The multiplayer additions include two new infiltration and annihilation maps, respectively.

New Fire Team Engagement missions require players to defend a fortified complex in a helicopter and assault a PLA base while under heavy fire. Also added is ‘Island Tour’, which allows players freely roam the 220km² island of Skira.
