Lindsay Lohan is suing Grand Theft Auto V developer Rockstar Games. Lohan claims Rockstar used her likeness for a character in the game without her permission.
The lawsuit was filed Wednesday, EDT, in a New York court.
In Grand Theft Auto V, players can undertake two side-missions revolving around a young starlette named Lacey Jonas.
The first is a side-mission in which the player is asked to escort Jonas away from the paparazzi.
In the second, the player breaks into a replica of the West Hollywood hotel where Lohan once lived, Chateau Marmont, to secretly film Jonas having sex.
Lohan's lawsuit claims that the Jonas character is an "unequivocal" reference to the Mean Girls actress.
Reports late last year suggested that Lohan also intended to sue Rockstar over a piece of the game's key art, which she claimed was her likeness. However, British actress Shelby Welinder said she was the likeness used, and presented her Rockstar paycheck as evidence.
