The Walking Dead and The Wolf Among Us are coming to new-gen consoles later this year, Telltale has announced.

Both seasons of The Walking Dead will be available digitally and as a physical release.

Physical copies of The Wolf Among Us and The Walking Dead Season Two for Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 are also on the way.

It isn’t yet clear whether the Xbox One and PlayStation 4 versions of each game will feature graphical or performance improvements, or whether saves may be transferred across platforms.
