The DualShock 4 Back Button Attachment is a fantastic option for those not wanting to pay up to $300 for a controller with similar functionality. Priced reasonably and offering a significant change in the way you play, I can't recommend it highly enough. Build quality and feel is superb, and I can't ever see myself playing without it.
