
The PC version of Call of Duty: Black Ops III won't fall short in platform-exclusive features, says developer Treyarch.
In a blog post out of Gamescom 2015, Treyarch confirmed a host of PC-specific optimisations and features.
Oft-requested features like field-of-view sliders and customisable frame rates make appearances, as well as all the expected graphics-card optimisations.
The full list of PC-specific features reads as follows:
◆ 100% Ranked Dedicated Servers
◆ 2-Player Split Screen
◆ Seamless Game Controller Support
◆ Strong GPU scaling, SLI and Crossfire Optimizations, and 4K monitor support make the game look and run great at full 4K resolution
◆ FOV Slider
◆ Framerate Cap Slider
◆ Improved Text Chat features available in-game and also now in lobbies.
◆ Fantastic Steam Trading Cards – collect them all!
◆ Treyarch Anti-Cheat (TAC)
The developer also reconfirmed the game's minimum PC specs, while stating that the recommended spec will have to wait until the feature set was finalised:

Call of Duty: Black Ops III releases November 6 on new-gen and previous-gen consoles and - obviously - PC.
