An Enhanced Edition of last year’s acclaimed RPG Divinity: Original Sin is coming to PC and – for the first time – Xbox One and PlayStation 4.
According to developer Larian Studios, Divinity: Original Sin Enhanced Edition will add to the game a new user-interface tailored for controllers and couch friendly split-screen, fully-voiced and remastered dialogue featuring Alix Wilton Regan and Alec Newman, hours of new content, new crafting systems, and a reworked storyline.
Those who already own the game on PC will be able to upgrade for free.
"There was a lot of publisher interest for [the console version] but when Focus approached us, the decision was rapidly made,” said Larian CEO Swen Vincke.
More details will be revealed at E3, with the Enhanced Edition set to release near the end of the year.
Divinity: Original Sin has sold more than a million copies since its release last year. It was partly-funded via Kickstarter.
