The latest tweet from Telltale Games says that the first season of Game of Thrones will be six episodes long, and that it’s coming "soon".
The Walking Dead, The Wolf Among Us, and Tales from the Borderlands each feature five episode seasons.
Playing two games today at the office. One looks a lot like my favorite FPS, the other like a living oil painting. Very excited. ;)

In a recent interview with the IBTimes UK, Telltale senior vice president of publishing Steve Allison talked about evolving the studio’s storytelling with every game it released.
“In Game of Thrones we're taking that multi-protagonist design even further with five playable characters from the same family whose choices affect everyone in the family, and that adds a whole new layer to things that we're really excited about,” he said.
Back in August, Telltale tweeted a hint that first chapter Iron From Ice would be about House Forrester, a minor clan from the novels which hasn't appeared on the HBO show yet,
"...with clan names like FORRESTER"
