The Ouya has its first big console exclusive: Double Fine Adventure.

The Kickstarter-funded game is also coming to Windows PC, Mac, Linux, Android and iOS devices.

According to Kotaku, the announcement was made by Ouya founder Julie Uhrman at the DICE Conference today, who added that 450 games were planned for the system, including one from Word with Friends co-creator Paul Bettner.

"Ouya and Verse are nothing less than The Return of Console Gaming. The last big wave was mobile... Words With Friends is the most played game across all mobile platforms," said Bettner.

"And yet I believe we're about to see another disruption even bigger than this last. Gamers want the App Store in their living room.

“Ouya will be the first to deliver it, and it's going to change everything. Again."

In related news, a Double Fine spokesperson has also confirmed that Tim Schafer’s Reds will also be a console-exclusive to the Ouya – initially, at least.

The Ouya will ship to its Kickstarter backers in March, and is expected to be widely available in June. There are no release dates for any of the aforementioned games just yet.
