Kojima Productions, the namesake studio of legendary Japanese developer Hideo Kojima, is hiring developers to create the next Metal Gear Solid game, widely referred to on the Internet as Metal Gear Solid 5.
The game is being designed “for high-end consoles and PC.”
Kojima Productions will he headhunting at the Game Developers Conference in San Francisco in two weeks’ time, suggesting that the studio is looking for Western developers. Job listings also indicate that the game will be developed simultaneously in Japan and the United States.
The game will be built on Kojima Productions’ proprietary engine, FOX.
No release window or platforms beyond PC were discussed.
