Blizzard has announced on its web site that it will be offering streaming video of the Blizzard World Wide Invitational (WWI) in Paris this weekend, including the Opening Ceremony, the various tournaments and the Closing Ceremony.

The Opening Ceremony will begin at 9:45 PM tonight (Saturday), New Zealand time.

Official news from the event will be posted on the WWI web site, and you can go to the live stream page to watch the video when it's available.

Blizzard is widely expected to make one or more major release announcements during the event. Along with competitions and tournaments, event attendees will get to try out World of Warcraft: Wrath of the Lich King and StarCraft II, and attend discussion panels with Blizzard developers.
