Hardly the most surprising piece of news but still disappointing. Spamtin of Counter-Strike NZ has reported on the scoop currently doing the rounds that the eagerly awaited single player version (and major update) of Counter-Strike has been pushed back.

"CS: CZ was originally slated for spring, then pushed back to summer, and now, via an updated release schedule, Sierra has revealed in that it won't be with us until November. No reason has been given."

With this delay and the permanently delayed Team Fortress 2 surely we should be wondering if anyone is doing any work at the Valve offices?
