In a surprising move, Netflix has announced that it will host a panel at the E3 Coliseum this year.

The news comes via a tweet by Geoff Keighly, in which he confirmed that the Netflix panel will include "updates and news about its plans in the gaming space".

The panel, dubbed "Bringing Your Favorite Shows To Life: Developing Netflix Originals Into Video Games", looks to shed light on the streaming giants plans to turn some of it's most popular originals into video games.

This won't be the companies first foray into the gaming space, with the previously announced Stranger Things game set to coincide with the release of the upcoming Season 3. Netflix has also recently experimented with 'choose your own adventure' style shows in the form of Minecraft: Story Mode and You vs. Wild.

While the tweet seems to point to more games, I can't help but hope we may finally see a bit more about the upcoming series based on The Witcher.

I'd love to see video game adaptations based on some of the shorts in Love, Death + Robots. What Netflix Originals would you like to see make the transition to the gaming world? Let us know in the comments below!
