EA has confirmed that Respawn's Jedi Fallen Order will be appearing at this year's Star Wars Celebration event.

Celebration 2019 takes place Aprill 11–15 in Chicago, and is typically packed with reveals for all things Star Wars – including upcoming films, TV shows, and games.

The Fallen Order showcase will take place during a "special panel" on Saturday, April 13 (Sunday April 14 our time), and will "feature a discussion of never before heard details ahead of the game's fall 2019 release date."

A brief description of Jedi Fallen Order notes the game is set between the events of Revenge of the Sith and A New Hope, and tells the story of a Jedi Padawan that survived Order 66.

While that sounds pretty similar to the beginning of The Force Unleashed, it's likely the story will be fleshed out further during the panel.

Of course, Respawn Entertainment isn't just working on a new Star Wars game, the studio recently announced and launched the hugely successful Apex Legends and is also working on another "premium Titanfall experience" for later this year.
