A remaster of hugely influential action RPG Dark Souls is coming to Switch, PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC on May 25, Bandai Namco has announced.
FromSoftware is handling the remaster.
On everything but Switch, Dark Souls Remastered will run at an upscaled 4K resolution at 60 frames per second.
On Switch, it will run at a resolution of resolution 1080p at 30fps in TV mode.
This marks the first time the Souls series has appeared on Nintendo hardware.
Dark Souls challenges players to explore the twisted ancient land of Lordran. From their first timid steps to absolute mastery, players build characters by strategically adapting to daunting foes, exploring haunting locations, and amassing a large collection of weapons, armour and magic spells.
Hidden in the world are nine online covenants to uncover that will motivate your online interactions.
Up to six players can join together online to help or hurt each other throughout their quest.
