Australian team Blank Esports has placed third in the Overwatch Pacific Championship, after a 0-4 loss to South Korean team Ardeont in the semi-finals.

Ardeont then went on to win the Season Two title in a 4-0 knock-out of Taiwanese team Flash Wolves.

Newcomers on the esports scene, this is Ardeont’s first tournament win. However, they proved themselves a force to be reckoned with, having dominated this season of the OPC with 14 wins and 0 losses.

The prizes this season were US$99,320 for first, US$49,660 for second, US$33,107 for third, and US$26,489 for fourth.

Blank finished second against Chinese Taipei in season one of the OPC, which ran earlier this year. They also make up the Australian team who qualified for the Overwatch World Cup finals, which will take place at BlizzCon next month.
