Former Double Fine project lead Brad Muir has moved to Valve Software.

Muir announced the move on Twitter today, though in characteristic Valve style did not say what he would be working on.

He did, however, rule out working on Steam or its accompanying hardware.

In a series of tweets, Muir said he would be "definitely still making games," and was not "being hired for [his] stunning economics."

At Double Fine, Muir led development of third-person tower defence title Iron Brigade, and was lead on the Kickstarted tactical strategy game Massive Chalice.

Muir left Double Fine last week after twelve years of employment.
