Annual speedrunning marathon Summer Games Done Quick kicked off this morning.

SGDQ is a charity event that this year will benefit Doctors Without Borders, an international humanitarian-aid non-governmental organisation that delivers emergency medical aid to people affected by conflict, epidemics, disasters, or exclusion from health care.

This is the fourth time that SGDQ has raised money for Doctors Without Borders, and last year it raised more than US$718,000.

More than 100 games will be rushed through over the seven day SGDQ schedule, which you can check out in full here.

A speedrun of Super Mario World 2: Yoshi's Island that started at 5AM this morning has already been completed, and highlights from today’s action include Ghosts N Goblins, Octodad: Dadliest Catch, and BioShock Infinite.

You can watch the action below or on the Games Done Quick Twitch channel, and donate (and possibly win a prize for your trouble) on the official Games Done Quick site.
