Valve has announced the division of prize money for The International, its annual Dota 2 championship.

The prizes, in US dollars, as of publication, stand at:

1st: $6,140,780
2nd: $2,643,947
3rd: $2,046,927
4th: $1,449,906
5th-6th: $1,108,752
7th-8th: $767,597
9th-12th: $204,693
13th-16th: $51,173

Money is still coming in through crowdfunding, so the figures will likely continue to go up from here.

This year's tournament marks the first year every qualifying team will take away prize money; previously, only the top teams came away with cash.
