FIFA 16 will be the first of its series, and the first major sports video game franchise, to feature women on its cover.
EA announced back in May that the soccer game would feature 12 women's teams from around the world.
The US edition of the game box will feature Olympic gold medalist Alex Morgan; Canada, Christine Sinclair; and Australian audiences will receive covers bearing Stephanie Catley.
All three women will share the box with FC Barcelona star Lionel Messi.
"It's a really great honor to be on the cover of the game," said Morgan. "It's going to tremendously help the women's game in creating more awareness."
"Having FIFA 16, having women integrated into this, having this video game be the biggest sports video game there is out there, that’ll help."
FIFA 16 launches September 22 on new-gen and previous-gen consoles, PC, and mobile devices.
