Ubisoft announced comedy RPG South Park: The Fractured But Whole at its E3 2015 presentation this week.

Ubisoft San Francisco's followup to South Park: The Stick of Truth will again see players taking on the role of The New Kid, but this time as a superhero.

The New Kid joins Eric Cartman's "The Coon" alter ego, among others, to fight crime and make politically incorrect jokes.

Like the previous game, The Fractured But Whole is overseen by TV show creators Matt Stone and Trey Parker.

The Stick of Truth was released last year to critical and fan acclaim, and enough commercial success to warrant a sequel.

South Park: The Fractured But Whole[i] will launch for new-gen consoles and PC at an unspecified date.
