Rare announced pirate game Sea of Thieves at Microsoft's E3 conference today.
Described as the studio's most ambitious effort ever, Sea of Thieves sees players sailing pirate ships, working with and against friends, and seeking treasure and adventure on the high seas.
All in all, it has the feel of a cartoonier and more pirate-centric Assassin's Creed: Black Flag.
The studio also announced the Rare Replay collection, featuring 30 games from the studio's 30-year history for US$30.
Titles include Banjo-Kazooie, Perfect Dark, Battletoads, and Conker's Bad Fur Day.
No launch date was given for the Xbox One and Windows 10-exclusive Sea of Thieves, but Rare Replay will hit Xbox One on August 4th of this year.
