Oculus will allow porn on its Rift virtual reality headset.

As reported on by Variety, the company’s founder Palmer Luckey told attendees at the Silicon Valley Virtual Reality Conference that the Rift was “an open platform”.

"We don't control what software can run on it, and that's a big deal," he said in response to a question about x-rated material on the device.

In fact, companies are already making porn for virtual reality headsets (warning, NSFW).
