Telltale has begun development on Season 3 of The Walking Dead but fans won't have to wait that long to play new content, says the studio.

Speaking on a panel at SXSW, Telltale said that before Season 3 drops it will release additional content.

The remarks strongly suggest that the studio is working on a standalone episode like the one that bridged Seasons 1 and 2, called 400 Days.
