Casting documents obtained by Kotaku suggest that Fallout 4 is in production and will be set in Boston.

The documents include scripts, character descriptions, and other details about a game that appears to be the next Fallout.

There are several references to Fallout's settings and locations, and the casting director named within worked on other Bethesda games like Dishonored and Skyrim.

Bethesda has declined to comment.

In 2012, rumors circulated that Bethesda employees were scouting the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in Boston for an upcoming Fallout game, and in January of this year the voice actor who played Three Dog in Fallout 3 hinted that Fallout 4 might be on the way.

A recent Fallout 4 website turned out to be a hoax.
