Telltale Games has announced it is working on a new episodic series set in the Borderlands universe.

Tales from the Borderlands will feature characters both old and new, and some of the latter will be “wannabe vault hunters”, said Gearbox Software's Randy Pitchford.

It "will play like a Telltale game", said Telltale’s Kevin Bruner.

The first episode is expected in 2014.
