Respawn Entertainment has launched its official website and presented a blurred teaser image of its new game showing what appears to be an outdoor environment.

Respawn Entertainment is the new studio by former Infinity Ward executives Vince Zampella and Jason West. Infinity Ward is best known as the creator of the Call of Duty series. It is currently working on Modern Warfare 3 alongside Sledgehammer Games and Raven Software.

The site reads, “Yes, we are working on a game. No, we haven’t revealed it yet. Yes, at some point we will.” Elsewhere it elaborates, “Respawn is developing a multi-platform product based on new video game IP.”

Electronic Arts will publish the game.
