We're going to L.A.!

Somebody must have forgotten to tell the organisers of the Electronic Entertainment Expo (E3) about the global economic meltdown, because after a few years of downsizing, they've chosen this year to bring E3 back to its former glory as the largest gaming show in the world, celebrating all the hottest upcoming games and technology (and booth babes).

So, naturally - Gameplanet's going to be there. We're flying a team of four reporters over to Los Angeles to bring you the best coverage of E3 2009 that we possibly can.

The show begins next week (3-5 June, NZ time). We'll be launching a special section on Gameplanet where you'll be able to go for your fix of E3 info, regularly updated throughout each day of the show, including videos, news, articles, live blogs and more.

Gameplanet's team of kiwis in Los Angeles will include writer/presenter JC and professional gaming journalist Gerard Campbell. We've got exclusive interviews lined up to bring you the inside word from the top game developers, plus hands-on sessions with loads of yet-to-be released titles.

Keep a track of all the action by subscribing to our newsletter, become a fan on Gameplanet's Facebook page, and for instant information as news comes to hand, follow Gameplanet on Twitter.
