Do you have any information in regards to the seperate guitars being released in NZ? You added a photo of the Gretsch to the Review but as far as I know neither Harrison's or Lennon's guitars are available in NZ.

hopefully the harmony vocal features gets implemented in the next main installment, It's always a fight for the mic when you have a bunch of people who sing for bands together :/

I don't think most of us have that problem. More likely the opposite, fighting over who has to sing this round because all the other instruments are taken.

My sister just got the $180 Rock Band 1 special from MightyApe. Man those drums are loud!

Anyway I don't see all the fuss with these games. I can only ever play 3, maybe 4 songs in a row before I get bored.

Lol. Quite the opposite. I play guitar in a real band. I found its RB and GH that have no soul.

It's odd that before you can buy an MP3 of the Beatles songs you'll be able to play them on rockband. Unless of course Apple Announces that the Beatles catalog is on iTunes during their 9/09/09 event.

I think it's cus you gotta be watching a TV screen to know what drum or button to hit next. You can't rock out, jump around, and go crazy, while still playing :P Plus a TV just isn't as loud

I will say though, that cranking up GH1 on the home theatre and knowing some of the songs off by heart was fun - because you really could then rock out. But overall, I think the whole franchise is a gimmik, and people should learn to play real music.

How is this different to any other game? People play games to be entertained. It isn't like I play GH and then magically believe I can play the guitar solo from One by Metallica IRL.
