The first story expansion for Assassin’s Creed IV: Black Flag is coming later this month, according to an ad in the latest issue of Game Informer.
An official announcement has not been made, but the ad states that the game's Freedom Cry DLC will be available from December 17.
Notably, the Wii U and PC aren’t listed as release platforms.
The expansion is set 15 years after the events of Black Flag, and puts players in control of shipmate Adewale, who has become a trained assassin but finds himself shipwrecked in Saint-Domingue with no weapon nor crew.
It is nine levels long (approximately four hours), and the game’s trophies hint that it will involve Adewale freeing slaves.
