An online petition calling for a PC edition of the brutal RPG Dark Souls has been signed by over 76,000 people and caught the attention of publisher Namco Bandai.
In response, Namco Bandai’s community manager, Tony Shoupinou writes on the company’s official forums, “I honestly wasn't expecting such massive support. My boss(es) even came to talk to me about this after it exploded all around the world. If you wanted to have the attention of Namco Bandai Games, now you have it.”
Shoupinou suggested interested gamers continue their campaign for a PC edition of the game. “The future is in your hands and I hope you will keep supporting this. I will make a personal objective to make sure every relevant person at Namco Bandai Games is in touch with this formidable effort.”
