Treyarch has confirmed that there will be no two-player mode for the game’s campaign.

Speaking with Gamertag Radio, executive producer Dan Suarez said, “There’s no campaign co-op this year.”

The game will include both split-screen online multiplayer, and split-screen combat training. Treyarch community manager Josh Olin has also hinted that there’s still more to reveal from the game’s co-op modes.

Call of Duty: Black Ops will be released on the 9th of November for PlayStation 3, PC, DS, Wii and 360.
