THQ has announced that there will be a beta test for Warhammer 40,000: Dawn of War II expansion Retribution starting on the 31st of January and concluding on the 24th of February.

All six races including the new Imperial Guard faction will be playable. The beta’s purpose is to test Steamworks functionality and mine data for a launch day balancing patch.

Retribution will be released in New Zealand on the 4th of March.
