SEGA has announced that The Creative Assembly’s Shogun 2: Total War will be released globally on the 15th of March, 2011.

Shogun 2 brings the development cycle full circle by reimagining the game that launched the series and sparked a minor revolution in the real-time strategy genre.

Gameplanet first saw Shogun 2 in June at E3. SEGA recently brought that same build to our shores and we were able to quiz The Creative Assembly’s Craig Laycock on the game.
