EA has announced that Crysis 2 has been delayed to Q4 2011. The reason for the delay has not been stated.

The news comes via the publisher's most recent financial reports. Originally, Crysis 2 was scheduled for release over the holiday season, before having its date brought forward to spring in the weeks prior to E3.

When it does release, it will ship for PC, Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3.
