EA and DICE have announced that the second map pack for Battlefield: Bad Company 2 is now live for PC.
The two maps are alternate game mode versions of existing battlefields:
“Arica Harbor Conquest Mode: Take to the streets and put your infantry skills to the test! Capture strategic town positions as Arica Harbor is enhanced with Conquest Mode.”
“Laguna Presa Rush Mode: Capture and secure M-COM stations in Laguna Presa’s Rush Mode and discover all-new areas of the maps to take on the enemy.”
Any player that has registered their VIP code, included with retail purchases of Battlefield: Bad Company 2, will download the map pack as an automatic update.
Those without a VIP code can buy and download the map pack through the in-game store.
The content is expected to be available on consoles “soon.” Again, those without a VIP code will be able to purchase the DLC on Xbox LIVE and the PlayStation Network.
