Dead Island studio Techland has announced another zombie title: Dying Light.

The Polish studio said the game was a free-running zombie survival title with a day/night cycle.

Zombies are slow in daylight, but their numbers and strength increase at night.

"Inventive free running mechanics also allow for nearly unrestricted exploration and weapon-crafting to further enhance the action survival experience," added Techland founder Paweł Marchewka.

Dying Light will be published by Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment, and is coming to current and next-gen consoles as well as Windows PC next year.
