NOW YOU KNOW HOW old your brain is, but who is going to tell you how heavy your brain is? The second Touch Generation title, Big Brain Academy, will. After the insane success of Brain Training worldwide it was certain that the quasi-sequel was going to get a translation for the western world, and while Big Brain Academy looks to give you the same kind of "expanding the grey matter" experience that Brain Training started, it's going to do it in a completely different manner.
The style has been altered and looks to be a lot less serious and maybe a little more cartoony, which may make the game harder to pick up for the older people who flocked towards Brain Training. Where BT shone was in keeping track of your progress and ensuring you know how you're doing every step of the way, and while BBA still lets you know how you've done on each challenge and inform you on how heavy your brain may be, it doesn't store the information to help you see how you've progressed.
BBA seems to have upped the fun factor with slightly zanier puzzles and challenges and even has a whole slew of single card multiplayer modes available for you to unleash upon up to eight of your friends/coworkers.
Big Brain Academy is set to release in the first week of July 2007.
