Blank Esports has snuck into the playoffs of season two of the Overwatch Pacific Championship.

The Australian team lost to Flash Wolves and Ardeont on Friday and Saturday respectively, putting it in a must-win situation against ahq e-Sports Club on Sunday.

The prospect of an early exit from season two was enough motivation, and Blank took out the Taiwanese team 3-1 to qualify in the fourth and final playoffs berth.

However, things are about to get tougher for Blank. This season, the playoffs are a best-of-seven single elimination affair, and the Aussies will first face number one seed Ardeont, which will have home-team advantage.

The prizes this season are US$99,320 for first, US$49,660 for second, US$33,107 for third, and US$26,489 for fourth.

Blank finished second in season one of the OPC, which ran earlier this year.
