The first three Crash Bandicoot games might be coming to Xbox for the first time ever in the form of Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy.
XboxAchievements spotted a listing for an Xbox One version of the trilogy on the website of Hungarian retailer SuperGamer.
The listing has since been removed, but not before XboxAchievements snapped a screenshot of the box. The game is out now for PS4, and Supergamer listed an Xbox One release date of December 8.
The first four entries in the Crash Bandicoot series were PlayStation exclusives made by Uncharted developer Naughty Dog, after which time other developers got in on the action and took the marsupial multiplatform.
N. Sane Trilogy is a faithful remake of Crash Bandicoot, Crash Bandicoot 2: Cortex Strikes Back, and Crash Bandicoot: Warped. Perhaps it is too faithful, in fact.
In his review, Gameplanet's Baz Macdonald praises the trilogy's shiny new visuals, but argues that its gameplay is creaky by today's standards, and that its loading times are far too lengthy.
