Deep Silver today announced that due a problem in manufacturing, S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: Clear Sky will hit retail stores in North America on September 15, 2008. The digital download release date has not yet been determined, and the New Zealand release date is expected to be around the 26th September.

The game is created as a warning to mankind against playing with technology.
