Tiscali Games has apparently been provided with one of the first viewings outside of Rockstar for the PC version of Grand Theft Auto IV.

Among the highlights; up to 2560x1600 resolution support, higher resolution textures, longer draw distances, movie-creation capabilities (aka. TiVo) as well as a hinting at a revamped multiplayer mode.
